With the intense interest in Australia to increase business and to provide customer satisfaction, businesses are pushing for customer loyalty through repeat business. Many owners and managers have devised schemes of keeping their own customers loyal to their business. As you might be aware this does take a lot of time to create and maintain, both at the Point of Sale and in the back office. The Royal Motor Yacht Club, on Sydney’s Pittwater, has always been a very well known and exclusive yacht club. The club has several food and beverage outlets to serve their many members.
